Under normal conditions, we do not allow any returns or exchanges for purchased items. However, if there is a quality issue with your product, we may offer an exchange based on the following terms.
If you encounter any defects in the product's quality or workmanship, you must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once a query is generated, our Quality Control team will assess the product. If a significant fault is found, we will offer you either an exchange or store credit for future purchases.
Customers who pay via credit card or bank transfer have the option to cancel or modify their order within 48 hours of placing it.
