At Asim & Sons, each bridal outfit is a unique couture creation, custom-made for our clients. Due to the personalized nature of our designs, we enforce a strict no refund policy. Once purchased, bridal outfits cannot be returned or exchanged.
All customers who purchase products from Asim & Sons are bound by the following provisions:
Each bridal outfit is crafted specifically for individual clients, making refunds, returns, or exchanges impossible. Once purchased, bridal pieces are considered final.
To confirm your order, an advance payment of 50% of the total sale value must be made when placing the order with one of our bridal consultants. Orders will not proceed to production without this payment.
If an order is completed and not picked up within 14 days with the remaining balance fully paid, Asim & Sons reserves the right to retain the advance payment and sell the bridal piece to another client.
For standard orders (excluding fast track orders), cancellations must be made within 48 hours to qualify for a refund. If the cancellation is not made within this period and production has started, we retain 25% of the total sale value as compensation.
Once your order is forwarded to production and the framework begins, any cancellation will result in the full retention of the advance payment made when booking the order.
Any requests for design changes must be communicated within one week of placing the order. After this one-week period, no alteration requests will be entertained.
For international clients, Asim & Sons offers the convenience of booking appointments via phone. This allows our global customers to consult with our bridal team and finalize their orders remotely.
